I'd been working on some songs for a "Pop" artist and had come up with this theme for him.......then decided he couldn't have it.
Everything we'd been working on had working titles of various years.....this is the year I appeared.
In an effort to move it away from its original version, I added the various layers and rewrote the melody with the intention on being able to really strip it back and use the loop pedal to perform it live.
